Unfortunaly during tower maintence & replacement of coax. An accident happend whilst raising the 60 foot tower on an powerful electric winch. The cable roller in tower section failed causing the tower hoisting cable to break. This caused the raised two sections to close up on themselfs under gravity. No one was hurt but the brand new beam suffered whip lash from the resulting fast decent in on itself from 20 feet.

The Optibeam has a slight bend on the boom  & the element ends also have slight bends.
